8:ENGINE is a pressure-based conditioning class designed to build real work capacity.
The session runs in structured waves of work and reduced recovery, forcing you to manage output as fatigue accumulates. It’s not about sprinting, chasing reps, or blowing up early — it’s about holding pace, staying composed, and continuing to work when the fatigue sets in and the rounds become longer.
Expect sustained efforts, minimal relief, and a grind that tests both physical capacity and mental discipline.

8:PUMP is a high-energy boxing + weights class built to deliver a full-body muscle pump from start to finish.
The session mixes in fast-paced boxing rounds with high-volume strength training using a Push / Pull / Legs structure designed to keep constant tension on the muscles and drive maximum blood flow where it counts.
This class isn’t about lifting heavy — it’s about chasing the pump. Time under tension, controlled reps, short rest, and sustained effort combine to create deep muscular fatigue and that tight, loaded feeling that builds round after round.
Expect moderate loads, high reps, minimal rest, and a serious, all-over pump.
