KIDS & YOUTH PROGRAM
Empower young athletes with our 8:C Next Gen Programs, designed to build confidence, fitness, and real boxing skills in a supportive environment.
Kids (5–9 years) train every Monday and Wednesday, while Youth (10–16 years) step up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with each 45-minute session packed with energy, fun, and structured progression. From learning proper stance and footwork to developing strength, discipline, and resilience, these classes go beyond fitness, they build skills for life.

Our kids’ boxing sessions are fun and engaging, designed to keep young athletes active, smiling, and moving. Each class introduces the basics of boxing, teaching proper stance, footwork, and beginner-friendly punching techniques in a safe way. We focus on building confidence and discipline, helping kids develop self-esteem, focus, and respect both inside and outside the gym. Through fun drills, they’ll improve balance, coordination, and overall fitness while burning energy. All of this happens in a positive, team-like environment where kids feel supported and make new friends.
Sessions run Monday + Wednesday 4:30pm - 5:15pm and are led by qualified coaches who hold an active Working With Children Check.

Our teens’ boxing program is all about skill development and structured progression. Teens learn real boxing techniques, including combinations and defensive skills, with proper form. Each session is more learning-based than kids’ classes, with progressions that build week by week. Alongside technical skills, we focus on fitness and conditioning to improve strength, speed, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Boxing also teaches confidence and discipline, giving teens resilience and focus that carries into school and life. It’s all delivered in a fun, supportive environment where teens stay motivated, make friends, and enjoy training.
